Roots "Gloria"

It all started in January 2020 when a great storm named “Gloria” devastated much of the Maresme coast.

A few days later, when calm returned, I decided to take a walk with my camera and capture the natural disaster of this weather phenomenon caused by the climate change we are experiencing.

Walking along the beach where there was no sand and everything was reeds, tree trunks and wood, I picked up some very curious roots that denoted me animal faces. I was inspired to make a series with these mysterious and strange faces … as if they were from another planet.
